Services
Engage My Church provides church website design, website hosting, SEO foundation work, optional website management, and related digital services. Public pricing describes the standard offer; the exact project scope, responsibilities, and any work outside the standard website build are confirmed before work begins.
Payment
No project payment is required merely to submit an inquiry. Payment timing for an accepted website project is communicated before work begins. Recurring hosting or managed website service begins only when applicable to the church's selected post-launch service.
Hosting and Website Management
Hosting and Managed Website service are separate ongoing service options from the one-time website build. Managed Website service includes hosting and routine website management. New functionality, major redesign work, complex integrations, and custom development may require separate scope and pricing.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of all payment due for the website build, you own the website content and design we create for you, subject to third-party licenses and platform components. Your church should remain the owner of its domain. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for changes in search engine rankings, third-party platform outages, or results that depend on factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
